Our Private Paintball parties are perfect for celebrating birthdays, but they’re also great for bachelor parties, team-building and special events. Private parties are for 10 or more players and make sure you and your group are the only ones on the field when you play. Private paintball parties are available 7 days a week and almost any time, making them a great choice for businesses and others that want to make sure everyone can attend.

To Reserve Outdoor Private Party Times

* A non-refundable deposit must be made 72 hours (3 days) before requested date of party for confirmation. Reservations made less than 3 days prior to the date of the party require payment in full.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

*Indy Acres Paintball reserves the time and date agreed upon, and can make other reservations for that time and date.

*You as a private party can play on your own or with the other players at your choice.

*CLIENT agrees to pay $15/player in the form of a non-refundable deposit by credit card upon execution of this Agreement.

*Private Parties can be rescheduled with no penalty 24 hours in advance or 2 hours in advance due to inclement (heavy rains, high winds or wind chill less than 10 degrees) weather.

*All cancellations are subject to forfeiture of any deposit paid.

*If you are more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled party time, no refunds will be given on any deposits paid.

*Full deposit may be applied to the balance of your party or refunded in full if all players show up on the scheduled day.

*Any deposits paid for members that do not show up on the scheduled day are non-refundable.

*Refunds are given within 5 – 7 business days.

TIMING OF EVENT

*Private events do not have a time limit.

*It is the responsibility of your party to arrive on time. If you are late by more than 20 minutes, Indy Acres Paintball has the right to cancel your party with no refund given.
